Take your basecamp setup to the next level with our Modular 270 Awning Walls. This versatile system allows you to transform your open-sided shade into a fully enclosed room, a private cooking area, or a simple windbreak, giving you total control over your environment.

Whether you need a single wall to block the afternoon sun or a full five-wall setup to create a massive enclosed living space, this modular design adapts to your journey.

  • Total versatility: Add one, two, three, four, or all five walls depending on your needs. Use a single wall for a quick windbreak or connect them all to create a spacious, weather-proof room.

  • Seamless connection: The walls attach quickly to your Tent & Trail 270 Side Awning (available separately) via heavy-duty Velcro. For maximum protection, individual walls zip together to seal out the elements.

  • Heavy-duty grounding: Each wall features adjustable strap-pegging points at the bottom, allowing you to achieve a drum-tight finish even on uneven terrain.

  • Enhanced stability: Each wall set includes two extra support legs. The walls are secured to these poles with integrated Velcro loops, significantly enhancing your awning’s structural integrity in windy conditions.

  • Compact storage: The wall system packs down into a dedicated carry bag, keeping your vehicle organised and the walls protected when not in use.

I recently bought a tent and trail adventure light roof tent and it is excellent! The whole buying experience with Chris was as easy as possible as I was able to go and see the tents in person as Chris opened his showroom on a Saturday morning just for me. The tent itself is very good. Its first outing was a 5 day trip through the highlands of Scotland and it held up to sun, wind, rain and midges with no issues. Really pleased with our awning and the service from Tent & Trail – Thank you! We have it installed on our T5. It was hard to find an awning that works with our pop-top but T&T were able to advise on the fixings we needed to get and install for the awning to be fitted. Yes, our vehicle awnings are designed to handle rain, but it’s crucial to position the awning correctly to ensure water runs off effectively. To prevent heavy rainfall from pooling on the canopy fabric, lower one of the front legs slightly more than the other. This simple adjustment allows rainwater to run off the front side of the awning canopy, protecting it from potential damage caused by pooling.

However, in extreme weather conditions, we highly recommend taking down your awning and packing it away. This precaution helps prevent unnecessary strain or damage to your awning, ensuring it stays in top condition for your next adventure.
