A front awning wall is the perfect addition to any vehicle side awning setup. Designed to seamlessly attach to your existing car awning, via the Kador strip integrated into the front of the awning. The awning wall provides enhanced protection against the elements, giving you a private and sheltered space wherever you camp/park. Whether you’re escaping the sun, shielding from the wind, or just seeking a bit more privacy. Crafted from durable, weather-resistant material, this awning wall is built to keep you comfortable on every adventure.

What’s included?

Each wall comes with:

  • 2 x Heavy-duty 8mm diameter steel pegs with storage bag
  • 2 x Canvas clips with bungee clips
  • A storage bag

 

To prolong the life of the awning wall, allow it to dry properly before being packed away. If packed away wet, at the nearest opportunity open the awning wall fully and allow it to dry before packing away again.

I recently bought a tent and trail adventure light roof tent and it is excellent! The whole buying experience with Chris was as easy as possible as I was able to go and see the tents in person as Chris opened his showroom on a Saturday morning just for me. The tent itself is very good. Its first outing was a 5 day trip through the highlands of Scotland and it held up to sun, wind, rain and midges with no issues. Really pleased with our awning and the service from Tent & Trail – Thank you! We have it installed on our T5. It was hard to find an awning that works with our pop-top but T&T were able to advise on the fixings we needed to get and install for the awning to be fitted. The awning itself is great quality, easy to put out and pack up single handed. T&T fitted the awning and showed us how it all worked – really great service.

Yes, our vehicle awnings are designed to handle rain, but it’s crucial to position the awning correctly to ensure water runs off effectively. To prevent heavy rainfall from pooling on the canopy fabric, lower one of the front legs slightly more than the other. This simple adjustment allows rainwater to run off the front side of the awning canopy, protecting it from potential damage caused by pooling.

However, in extreme weather conditions, we highly recommend taking down your awning and packing it away. This precaution helps prevent unnecessary strain or damage to your awning, ensuring it stays in top condition for your next adventure.
