2. Order Acceptance
Your order is only accepted when we dispatch the product and send a confirmation email. Prior to this, any confirmation of order receipt does not constitute formal acceptance. For delivery times and further details, please refer to our Delivery & Returns page.
3. Order Rejection
We reserve the right to reject any order, including but not limited to cases where:
- The item is out of stock.
- There is a pricing or description error.
- Payment authorisation fails.
If your order is rejected, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund any payments made.
4. Payment and Ownership for Finance Orders
If you select a finance payment option, instalments will be collected as per the agreed schedule at checkout. Ownership of the product is transferred to you only when full payment has been received.

Under UK law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery to cancel your order for a full refund. Additionally, we offer an extended 30-day goodwill return policy for UK customers.
